Stylish and sophisticated property with extremely helpful employees at reception Desk. Unbeatable and nice location, 5 minutes' walk to Styrian Armoury Museum. Positioned in the very nice area, right by most of the museums and the river.

The staff at the reception desk were very welcoming and pleasant. The location of the hotel is great and incredible, just a few steps away from Multimedia Collections. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel for breakfast.

Spacious room with nice furnishings, and the bed was really comfy. Super convenient location right next to a fancy casino 🎰. You can easily walk to the main shopping area and there's a market just across the street.

I would say it's excellent base for staying and exploring Graz. The location is amazing and incredible, near the centr of Graz. The rooms are neat and silent with a nice ambient atmosphere and the staff are PLEASANT. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant.

I have stayed at the hotel a few times, whilst visiting my daughter at the University of Graz. It is very convenient for me and I find it friendly and relaxing. We have enjoyed the restaurant and the staff are courteous and helpful.

Room was considered "casual" but was roomy with a queen sized bed, a desk/tv console and a corner table. Our room was considerably larger than the other rooms that we observed as they were being clean.

Cheap and airy room with exceptionally comfortable beds, a mini bar fridge, climate control and a personal safe. Very welcoming staff throughout our stay. Fast check-in, late check-out. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location near to trams as well as restaurants and bars.
